* e-Marketing experience is a plus
* Proficient in MS Office with HTML, Dreamwaver and Photoshop is preferable
* Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua
* Creative, well-organized, responsible, and with strong marketing sense

* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in technical support of sizeable company
* Familiar with Windows platform is a must
* Sound knowledge in telephone system is preferable

* Self-motivated, hardworking with pleasant personalities, strong problem-solving skills and analytical mind
