The online booking service is available for our registered members only, please register to be our charge-free member for enjoy our professional quality service.

Enquiry/Booking Procedure:
  1. After submit your Enquiry/Booking form we will respond to you by e-mail with information of your hotel booking.
  2. Please print out the form of Booking Confirmation enclosed with our response and check it over to make sure every detail is correct.
  3. Upon your confirmation of the booking response, please fill your payment information on the form of Booking Confirmation signed or stamped and fax it to us.
  4. We do not guarantee that we will reserve the products demanded by an unconfirmed booking request.
  5. Providing that any incorrectness on the confirmed request may exist, we reserve the final right of adjustment.
  6. Under normal circumstance we will confirm your booking within 24 hours (operation hours) upon receiving your request. If request is received on a holiday, confirmation should be released to you on the first working day just after holiday.
Payment and Confirmation:

Please feed back your Booking Confirmation and complete the payment procedure before the expiring time and date stipulated on the form concerned otherwise we cannot have your booking request done in time and we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Credit Card

 
Please fill the correct information on the Booking Form signed or stamped with the full name of cardholder on designated place of the form and send it to us by fax or e-mail. If necessary, we may ask for the information on the front and the back of credit card you provide for further check.
PPS You can settle the payment by phone or paid through PPS website
Bank Deposit  Please transfer your payment into designated bank account and mark on the deposit receipt with the serial number of Booking Confirmation that is on the top right of the Confirmation form and fax the deposit receipt to us.
Cash  Please sign or stamp at designated place on the lower part of Confirmation form and send it to us by fax or e-mail.

Verification or Cancellation of Booking:
  1. For any incorrectness of information on the Booking Confirmation or there is need to verify your booking, please contact with our customer service staff and re-send your new version of booking form.
  2. In case that your reply at the Booking Confirmation is beyond time limit or your payment fails to complete timely, your booking will be cancelled automatically.
  3. After a booking is confirmed and in handling process, demand of verification or cancellation of the booking will be referred to concerned stipulations, of which, please check the Terms & Conditions of a particular transport means where of, or Terms & Conditions for Hotel Booking.
Procedure of Credit Card Purchase:

Credit Card Purchase is applicable for ferry ticket, bus ticket and hotel booking in way of SSL for credit card payment.
