What is Online Purchase?
It is instant booking of hotel, air, ferry, train, bus, tour, admission ticket and package by completing payment online.
What is Enquiry Booking?
After submitting the enquiry booking, you will receive our replies within 24 hours. To secure your reservation, please complete the payment before a designated time.
What are the payment methods for online booking?
You can pay by PPS, PayPal, Alipay, VISA, MasterCard, and UnionPay.
Do my credit card security codes be re-used after online booking?
No, the security codes will send to banks directly for verification and authorization.
What to do if I found the booking details incorrect after payment?
Bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You are recommended to check clearly before confirmation. For enquiries, please contact our customer service representatives.
How to redeem my tickets after online transaction?
Please provide the Order Number and go to the designated CTS branch within office hours to redeem your tickets. For verifying collectors identity, please provide Order Number, collectors name and order details.
Do I have to redeem tickets after every transaction?
No, you can use e-ticket or a valid passport to check-in under normal circumstances. You will be notified through the booking process.
Does my credit card be charged if I haven’t redeemed the tickets?
Yes. Your credit card will be charged immediately at the time of booking.
Can I cancel or change my booking after online transaction?
No. Bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For enquiries, please contact our customer service representatives.
How do I know if my online booking is completed?
You will receive a confirmation email. In case of not receiving a confirmation email, members can view the record online in member service; non-members may call us at (852)29987288 by providing the Order Number.
Is telephone booking available?

Mon – Fri 09:00 – 19:00, Sat – Sun & PH 09:00 – 17:00.

Is delivery service available?
Yes, delivery location is limited to Hong Kong.
How much is it cost for the delivery service?
It is basically free-of-charge, except some remote area or specific time. Please contact us for enquiries.
Booking before 11:00, delivery time will be the same day between 14:00 – 18:00.
Booking after 11:00 and before 17:00, delivery time will be the next day between 09:00 – 13:00.
Delivery time will be delayed to the first working day, between 09:00 – 13:00, after Saturday afternoon, Sunday and PH.
