tax payment evident (i.e. passenger coupon/ receipt of the
round trip air ticket which indicates that Hong Kong APDT
has been paid);
2. boarding pass of the above departure flight;
3. ferry ticket (please refer to note 8 of the application
form);
4. photocopy of passport and/ or travel documents.
