Huangshan Mountain in east China's
Anhui Province is one of nation's best -known scenic spots for domestic
tourists to capture the four seasons. It is celebrated for having all
the wonders of mountain scenery characterized by spectacular rocky peaks,
oddly-shaped pines, crystal-clear mountain springs and seas of clouds
that shroud the peaks. The main peak Lianhua Peak is 1,840 meters above
sea level. Natural scenery in the area changes without warning.
In December 1990, Huangshan Mountain
was listed in the Chronology of Recognition of World Heritages in China
for global exposure.
