Visitors to Shenzhen are required to have a Chinese visa complete three forms:

1. Traveler's Luggage Declaration Form
2. Traveler's Health Declaration Card
3. Entry-Exit Registration Card. If you plan to stay in the PRC for a period exceeding six months, you will be required to show documentation proving that you have recently been tested negatively for HIV.
