Procedures to follow before entering to Tibet

All travelers (include Hong Kong travelers) who hold Home Visit Permit or other passports, they also need to apply for a confirmation letter in entering Tibet. There are offices in different regions/ countries of Tourism Board of Tibet autonomous region. There are offices in Beijing, Cheng Du, Golmud, Shanghai, Xi An, Nepal, Japan and U.S. that accept the application of confirmation letter in entering Tibet.
