  Course
The length of a standard golf course extends from 5940 to 6400 meters with varied width, covering an area about 60 hectare. There are 18 holes in total dotted in the area with a span of about 100-600 yards between. Tee, fairway and the hole make up a golf course. Within tee area there are three parallel lines for tee off with different distance from the hole; the farest is for experienced golfers while the middle line and the nearest line respectively for male golfers and female golfers. The fairway ahead of the tee area leads to the green, the best route also; two sides along the fairway are rough, woods and bunkers. The cupped hole in the green is for the final push.
Handicapped Area¡GThe area deliberately arranged with bunker, water pond or brook, etc. to make golfing more challenging and demanding.
Hole: The ball is supposed to fall in for a final touch. There is a cup inside 4.5 inches in diameter and 4 inches in depth.
Flag: The removable flag is positioned in the center of the hole, bearing the number of sequence of a hole indicating the direction for golfers far away from green. Usually the yellow flag is for holes from number 1-9 and red flag for holes number 10-18.

  Golfing Rule Basics
Each round of golfing starts from the first hole to the 18th hole in sequence. The number of par the golfer takes for getting the ball into holes accounts for the game result. The standard par is the number of shots the golfer needs to take to get the ball into hole. The standard par varies by the size of a course. The standard par for a male golfer is: 3 pars within 250 yards, 4 pars within 251-470 yards and 5 pars beyond 471 yards whereas for a female golfer: 3 pars within 210 yards, 4 pars within 211-400 yards, 5 pars 401-570 yards and 6 pars beyond 571 yards.
