Day 0l |
HONG KONG - SHANGHAI ( L+D)
Upon arrival in Shanghai airport by morning flight you will
be greeted by local guide and transferred to the hotel for
rest. Shanghai is fascinating and uprising city of China.
You will visit the Bund, Pudong Developing District and Children's
Palace in the afternoon, after dinner you will enjoy a fantastic
acrobatic show.

Day 02 |
SHANGHAI (
B+L+D)
In this morning's program, you will have full day tour to Yu
Garden, Jade Buddha Temple and Shanghai Musuem ( Audio Tour
), lunch with local flavour is arranged at Shanghai classical
restaurant. And optional health massage in the afternoon with
extra cost if you have interest ( US$36 for face massage and
US$48 for body massage for ladies - arranged in hospital ).

Day 03 |
SHANGHAI -
BEIJING ( B+L+D)
The day excursion is to Zhujiajiao Village near Shanghai with
a river cruise in this ancient water town to have a close look
at local village life and the contrast between city and village.
After lunch you are transferred to the airport for a flight
to Beijing.
Upon your arrival in Beijing, you will
be transferred to the hotel, then you will visit Temple of Heaven
and Tian An Men Square - the largest square in the world. |

Day 04 |
BEIJING ( B+L+D)
Beijing is the capital of the People's Republic of China and
the modern metropolis, is full of vitality and unique in history,
culture and traditions. Beijing boasts the Great Wall, Forbidden
City and others destinations which are ideal venue for any fantastic
events.
Today you will travel to the Great Wall and Ming Tombs. The
Great Wall is crowned as one of the ten wonders of the world,
stretching almost 4000 miles from the Pacific Ocean to the sands
of Central Asia.
In the evening you will enjoy traditional
Peking Opera, combination of singing, dialogue, acrobatic skills,
beating gongs and drums and colorful costumes. |

Day 05 |
BEIJING (B+L+D)
The fifth day program will bring you the closer to local people,
as well as leaving you feeling health and invigorated.
Early morning visit a park to see Beijing people doing morning
exercises, such as Qi Gong, Tai Chi - the traditional Chinese
gymnastics, one of the most popular means of keeping fit and
fill with energy.
09:00- 11:30am visit Guang An Men Hospital of Chinese Medicine
to have lecture on Chinese Medicine including basic knowledge
of acupuncture, traditional Chinese pharmacy and pulse diagnosis,
you also will see acupuncture treatment, massage treatment in
practice.
After lunch you will have a tour in rickshaws around Hutongs
in the old city area. You will see Beijing's back-lanes between
quadrangle houses and courtyards. You may ascent Drum Tower
to enjoy a city view, visit a family to have a glimpse of domestic
life and savour the flavour of tea at a Tea House when visit
the Prince Gong's Mansion.
In the evening enjoy Peking roast duck
for dinner. |

DAY 06 |
BEIJING - GUILIN
( B+L+ D)
The sixth day is day-tour to visit the Summer Palace and the
Forbidden City.
The Summer Palace is the largest and best preserved of all imperial
palace gardens in Beijing. It holds many delights, including
the Long Corridor and the Marble Boat.
The Forbidden City is the largest and most complete group of
imperial palaces in China. It is divided into the Outer and
the Inner Court. The emperors dealt with affairs of state, held
audience and grand ceremonies in the Outer Court, while day-to-day
affairs were handled in the Inner Court.
After day tour you will be transferred
to the airport for the flight to Guilin |

Day 07 |
GUILIN - YANGSHUO
(B+L+D)
Guilin is considered to be one of the most beautiful cities
in China. There is a popular saying: " The Mountains and
Waters of Guilin are unmatched under heaven ".
This is one of the highlights for your trip to China, as you
will have a very wonderful Li River cruise down to Yangshuo.
You will enjoy the crystal clear water and uninterrupted stretch
of hills on both banks of the river, which look like a colored
silk ribbon. While exploring Yanghshuo, you will certainly be
intoxicated with the scenery of this ancient town.
Return back to Cuilin in the late afternoon.

Day 08 |
GUILIN - HONG
KONG (B+L)
This day sightseeing includes Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk
Hill and Fubo Hill. You will enjoy the fantastic stalactites
and stalagmites in the cave, see the thousand-year-old Buddha
statues and stone carvings of Chinese calligraphy from Tang
and Song Dynasties.
In the afternoon take the opportunity for your optional arrangement
with extra cost to have traditional Chinese medical body massage
and feet reflexiology with Chinese herbs. Traditional Chinese
Medicine regards the feet as the most important part of the
body, apply pressure to the right parts and you can diagnose
and help prevent diseases. Participants will get to experience
an introductory lecture and demonstration.
Return to Hong Kong by the evening
flight. |
