There are 3 central meeting points the coach will stop (lobby of the JW Marriott Hotel, Ground floor lobby of the World Trade Center and lobby of the Salisbury YMCA Hotel in KoWloon). Each person will be given a Visitor's Box badge and proceed to the racecourse. A welcome drink will be offered and a full variety buffet of hot and cold dishes with a roast from the Wagon is served for two hours during the races. You can step outside to Watch each race on the balcony.

Please note the dress code for gentlemen is shirt and tie, or collared shirt and suit jacket or tailored safari suit and ladies are requested to wear a comparable standard of dress.
