Early Registration Extension

Early registration has been extended to September 10 (Beijing Time). Make sure to register early in order to lock in the USD600 rate.

Registration Fee

Conference registration fee for delegates and accompanying persons is USD600 until September 10, USD800 until October 9 and USD1,000 on-site. It covers conference admission and afternoon breaks, welcome reception, accompanying persons program on Oct 12 and sponsored events. Conference rate does not include breakfast.

Additional Charges - Airport Transfers & Tour Terms of Payment All fees should be paid in advance:
  1. in USD with credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, or Visa) or telegraphic transfer;
  2. in HKD with credit card or bank draft; or
  3. in RMB with bank draft (for mainland delegates only)
Full payment must be made. Partial payments and purchase orders for future payment will not be accepted. If you pay by telegraphic transfer, your registration will be regarded as incomplete until we have received full payment of your outstanding registration fees.

Terms of Cancellation

Requests for registration cancellation must be made in writing and mailed to the following address: China Travel Service (HK) Ltd.:

Or by email (PDF of signed letter): WTCA@ctshk.com All requests for refund will be processed and mailed after the 41st WTCA General Assembly dates. Refund will be made in accordance with the following schedule: Registration Fee Refund
  1. For cancellation made on or before August 26, 2010, 20% of the total registration fee will be forfeited.
  2. For cancellation made on or before September 9, 2010, 30% of the total registration fee will be forfeited.
  3. For cancellation made after September 30, 2010, no refund will be made.
  4. No refund for authors of accepted papers will be honored in any case.
Partial Registration Fee Refund

For partial refund in registration fees resulting from registration changes (e.g., change from a delegate to another), a processing fee of USD 30 will be charged.

All refunds will be processed and mailed following the 41st WTCA General Assembly dates.

Cancellation of Adjustment on Hotel Accommodation, Transfers and Tours

Any cancellation of amendment on or after September 9 may subject to a penalty, depending on the service rendered. No refund will be honored after September 30. No refunds for no shows.
