付款、更改及取消
- 訂團需繳付訂金每位HK$ 1,000，訂位一經確認後訂金將不獲退回。 餘款需於出發前21日或航空公司指定之限期前(以較前者為準)付清，否則作自動退團論。
- 餘款付清後，如有更改日期、航班、姓名或取消訂團均作退團處理 (退團收費為100%團費)。其他更改需收每位HK$100手續費，以及有關服務供應商所徵收之費用。
- 所有機票一經發出後，一概不能轉乘其他航空公司、轉換其他行程或退款。 |
REMARKS:

- Child fare is only applicable for passenger aged between 2 years old and below 12 years old.

- Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents, visas and other immigration requirements are in order and complied with prior to departure from their home country. No refund or compensation will be made to passengers who are denied embarkation resulting from non-compliance of immigration requirements.

FARE EXCLUSION:
- Singapore Airport Tax, Airport Security Tax, Airline Fuel Surcharge, Service Fee for collection of surcharges, taxes or other charges on behalf of airlines or government. PAYMENT, AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION
- HK$1,000 per person deposit is required when booking submit. Once booking confirmed, deposit paid are non-refundable. Balance payment must be settled 21 days prior to departure or before ticketing deadline (whichever is earliest), otherwise, booking will be cancelled.
- Once full payment received, 100% cancellation charge of Package Fare will be imposed for the change of date, flight schedule, passenger names or cancellation of booking. Any other alteration is subject to a HK$100 per person administration fee plus any charges imposed by the service providers.
- Once air ticket issued, ticket is non-endorsable, non-reroutable and non-refundable. |
