基本原則 Article 1 Basic Principles

香港中旅證件服務有限公司(以下簡稱 "本公司")對申請《港澳居民來往內地通行證(非中國籍)》實施網上預約及網上填表,為保障申請人權益,請在登記使用網上預約服務前,詳細閱讀本服務條款。一旦登記使用本預約服務,即表示同意並遵守本條款所有規定。
China Travel Service Entry Permit Service Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") implements online appointment and form-filling for the application of "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)". To safeguard applicants' rights, please read these service terms carefully before registering for online appointment services. By registering for this appointment service, applicants agree to comply with and abide by all the provisions in these terms.

第二條 服務簡介 Article 2 Service Introduction

2.1 申請《港澳居民來往內地通行證(非中國籍)》需先進行網上預約及填寫個人資料。
申請人請完整、準確填寫個人申請資料。在網上填寫的資料將在現場受理時,列印並核對無誤後,由申請人簽字確認,作為正式申請表。
To apply for the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)", applicants must first make an online appointment and fill in their personal information. Applicants are requested to fill out their personal particulars completely and accurately. The information filled out online will be printed out for verification during the on-site processing. Thereafter, applicants are required to sign the document, which will serve as the official application form.
辦理換補發《港澳居民來往內地通行證(非中國籍)》(包括到期換發、失效換發、持證人身份信息變更換發、損毀補發的,在預約登記時需輸入申請人目前持用的《港澳居民來往內地通行證(非中國籍)》號碼(包括換證次數)。
For replacement of the "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)" (including renewal upon expiration, renewal due to cancellation of current travel permit, replacement due to amendment of personal particulars, and replacement due to damage), applicants need to enter their current "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)" number (including the number of replacements) during the appointment registration.

2.2 請預約前先備齊申請通行證所需要的證件和證明材料,包括香港入境事務處簽發的《〈索取資料申請〉通知書》後,再預約受理的具體證件服務中心和具體時間。
Before applying for appointment with any specific document service center, applicants are advised to prepare all the required documents and supporting materials, including the "Notice of Application for Access to Information" issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department.

2.3 成功預約的申請人,請于預約時間前30分鐘前往預約的證件服務中心領取當日辦證籌號,並按籌號依次等候辦理。等候時間因應當日證件服務中心的人流情況及辦理證件的複雜程度而有所增減。
Applicants with successful appointments should arrive at the designated document service center 30 minutes before the appointment time to collect the a tag number and wait in order. Waiting time may vary depending on the flow of people at the document service center and the complexity of document processing.

2.4 在辦理現場憑預約登記的香港永久性居民身份證或護照到派籌機或詢問處領取籌號。申請人填寫的證件號碼及出生日期等資料要保證準確無誤,否則查詢、更改、取消預約將無法進行。在預約填寫資料後,該預約登記的證件號碼在預約辦理日期(含當天)前或預約未作取消情況下,不能再次預約同種類業務。
When arriving at document service center, the applicant should obtain a tag number from a self-service ticketing kiosk or the reception counter using his/her Hong Kong Permanent Resident Identity Card or passport. The applicant should ensure that the identification document number, date of birth and other information provided are accurate; otherwise, the Company is unable to process any change, cancellation or enquiry of the relevant appointment.
