What's IC-Card?
For your convenience, we simplify the buyer
registration procedure. Buyers from Hong Kong can pre-apply for
IC-Card in Hong Kong through China Travel Service (H.K.) Ltd. IC-Card
is valid for successive several sessions. Upon your arrival in
Guangzhou, you may approach the Buyers’ Registration Office
of the Fair Complex & the appointed Hotels, and have a quick
check procedure. A special symbol of the current session number
will be attached to the checked IC-Card.
What
document needed to apply the IC-Card?
When you submit the written invitation application, you can
complete the IC-Card registration form simultaneously and upload
a digital passport format photo. CTS can handle the registration
for you.
How much is the handling fee for IC-Card?
Buyers can order the Import and Export Fair invitation and IC-Card
at the same time in CTS, No additional charge is needed.
Where is CTS pack up point for IC-Card?
Starting from 107th Chinese Import and Export Commodities Fair, China Travel Service (Hong Kong) will not provide card collection service. IC-Card Application handled by CTS is arranged to be collected from 15 Apr, 2015 at China Import and Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou.
