What's E-Pass?
For your convenience, we simplify the buyer
registration procedure. Buyers from Hong Kong can pre-apply for
E-Pass in Hong Kong through China Travel Service (H.K.) Ltd. E-Pass
is valid for successive several sessions. Upon your arrival in
Guangzhou, you may approach the Buyers’ Registration Office
of the Fair Complex & the appointed Hotels, and have a quick
check procedure. A special symbol of the current session number
will be attached to the checked E-pass.
What
document needed to apply the E-Pass?
When you submit the written invitation application, you can
complete the E-Pass registration form simultaneously and upload
a digital passport format photo. CTS can handle the registration
for you.
How much is the handling fee for E-Pass?
Buyers can order the Import and Export Fair invitation and E-Pass
at the same time in CTS, No additional charge is needed.
Where is CTS pack up point for E-Pass?
Application for E-Pass from now to 8th October 2008 can go to
China Travel Service (H.K.) Ltd. Mongkok branch, Tsimshatsu
branch, Sheungwan Head office & Wanchai branch to collect
the card starting from 10th October. Application received after
the above period, E-Pass can be collected at CECF Liuhua Complex
and Pazhou Complex only.
