Please arrive at our passenger lounge at least 15 minutes before
the flight time.
A maximum baggage weight of up to 5 kgs (11 lbs) per passenger is permitted.
Only one child under the age of one can accompany an adult free of charge, but is required to pay the Tax and Insurance Surcharge.
Once booking confirmed, a HK$300 handling fee per ticket will be charged for any request for amendment or cancellation to tickets issued.
No cancellation and no amendment is allowed less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed departure time. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
In case of a lost ticket, a HK$300 handling fee will be charged for ticket replacement.
