General Terms and Conditions
- Passenger(s) can make booking(s) up to 28 days in advance.
- A helicopter ticket(s) sold is valid for travel only on the date, time and flight specified on the ticket. No refund is available to passenger(s) who arrive late for their scheduled fight.
- However, late passenger(s) can request standby status for the next available flight on the same date (not applicable to charter flight passenger), though Heli Express Ltd. ("Heli Express") / East Asia Airline Ltd. ("EAA") have no obligation to guarantee availability of space on the next service .
- It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) to ensure that they have a valid travel document and entry visa, if required, to their intended destination. The passenger's name as printed on the ticket should correspond with his/her travel document otherwise, Sky Shuttle / EAA has the authority to deny boarding and no ticket refund will be made.
- Children under the age of one can travel free of charge, subject to the conditions below. Children over the age of one are required to purchase a full fare ticket.

Only one child under the age of one can accompany an adult free of charge, but is required to pay the Tax and Insurance Surcharge. No more than two children under the age of one can be accommodated on any one flight.
- A maximum baggage weight of up to 5 kgs (11 lbs) per passenger is permitted.

In the event of a passenger having baggage in excess of the permitted weight allowance, he/she may purchase a full ticket fare to ensure luggage is carried on the same flight. For excess baggage(s) weight up to 25 kgs, one ticket fare will be charged. An additional fare is required for every further 25 kgs thereafter.
- Sky Shuttle / EAA reserves the right to transfer any passenger(s) with unpaid excess baggage onto standby status until an underweight flight becomes available.
- Once booking confirmed, a HK$600 handling fee per ticket will be charged for any request for amendment or cancellation to tickets issued. (HK$3,500 handling fee will be charged for regular charter).
- No cancellation nor amendment is allowed less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed departure time. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- In case of a lost ticket, a HK$500 handling fee will be charged for ticket replacement.
- In case of dispute, the decision of Sky Shuttle/EAA shall be final.
 
Ticketing Arrangements (including for regular charter flight)
For Hong Kong & Macau Route
- Passengers should check in at our departure lounge at least 15 minutes before departure time.
- Should the flight be cancelled due to bad weather or operational reasons on our part, free ferry transportation will be arranged for the passenger(s) and tickets will be fully refunded (not applicable to promotional or special discount ticket(s)).
 
For Macau & Shenzhen Route
- Passengers should check in at the departure lounge at least 30 minutes before departure time.
- Please call the enquiry hotline at the originating city to check weather and flight status 1 hour prior to the flight time.
