      为进一步便利内地居民在香港期间因遗失《往来港澳通行证》申办中华人民共和国出入境通行证（一次有效）（俗称“临通”），从2026年5月6日起需要在线填写申请资料，然后再前往所选择的香港中旅证件服务中心办理。

Application for Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)

預約前請向香港入境事務處申請包含國籍信息的《〈索取資料申請〉通知書》，未滿11周歲未辦理香港居民身份證的非中國籍香港永久性居民，需向香港入境事務處申請載明其具有香港永久性居民身份並包含國籍信息的《〈索取資料申請〉通知書》。

Before making an appointment, non-Chinese Hong Kong permanent residents first need to apply to the Hong Kong Immigration Department for the “Notice of Application for Access to Information”. Specifically, those under the age of 11 who have not yet obtained a Hong Kong identity card need to apply to the Hong Kong Immigration Department for the “Notice of Application for Access to Information” that states their Hong Kong permanent resident status and includes their nationality information.
