关于内地居民在香港遗失《往来港澳通行证》申办临通在线填写资料的通告


        为进一步便利内地居民在香港期间因遗失《往来港澳通行证》申办中华人民共和国出入境通行证（一次有效）（俗称“临通”），从2026年5月6日起需要在线填写申请资料，然后再前往所选择的香港中旅证件服务中心办理。

关于在港续办《往来港澳通行证》同类型探亲签注的通告


        根据国家移民管理局近日推出的《支持扩大开放服务高质量发展10项创新举措》，为进一步便利内地居民赴港探亲、促进两地人员交往，助力粤港澳大湾区融合发展，香港中旅证件服务有限公司将为持探亲签注往来港澳地区的内地居民在香港特区续办同类型探亲签注提供服务，现将有关情况通告如下：

        自2025年11月20日起，内地居民持探亲签注来香港探亲，签注允许的逗留期限不能满足继续在港逗留需求的，可于逗留期届满前不少于7个工作日，向本公司递交《往来港澳通行证》同类型探亲签注续办申请。申请人要登录本公司官网(visa.ctshk.com)，在“办证预约”菜单项下选取“往来港澳通行证及逗留签注延期或探亲签注续办”图标，网上填写申请表并选择办理地点及时间，完成预约手续后依约前往办理。

        因九龍西證件服務中心進行內部工程改造，由2025年10月6日（星期一）起，該中心將僅保留有限度的回鄉證智能換證服務，其他相關業務請前往其他證件服務中心辦理。

請使用有效身份證受理回鄉證和非中國籍通行證的提示


       根據香港入境事務處公報，凡是1970年或以後出生并持有舊式香港智能身份證的申請人，其舊證將於2025年5月12日起失效。由該日起，申請人需到入境事務處換領新身份證後，再前来申請《港澳居民來往內地通行證》或《港澳居民來往內地通行證(非中國籍)》手續，多谢合作。

關於預約系統引入「智方便」的通告


       為方便回鄉證申請人填寫預約資料，提高填寫效率、改善辦證體驗，我司於2025年3月12日正式在預約系統引入「智方便」的身份認證及「填表通」功能。已開通「智方便」的申請人在預約過程中選用「智方便」，即可導入個人信息，簡化填表流程。誠邀大家積極使用「智方便」，享受更便捷的服務。

Notice on the Integration of the “iAM Smart” to the Appointment System


       To facilitate the applicants of the Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to fill in appointment information, our company adopted the authentication and “e-ME” form filling functions of “iAM Smart” in the appointment system, on March 12, 2025. It will improve efficiency and enhance the user experience.

       Applicants, who have registered for the “iAM Smart”, can now automatically fill in their personal information during the appointment process which help streamline the form filling workflow. We invite all of you to use the “iAM Smart” to enjoy the convenient services.

關於對初生嬰兒申請回鄉證開通特急服務的公告


       為進一步便利初生嬰兒急於返回內地坐月子的需求，我司決定開通初生嬰兒首次辦理回鄉證特急服務。現公告如下：

       一、適用人群：符合辦理回鄉證條件的初生嬰兒（出生一個月之內）。

       二、辦理時限：工作日當日受理，次日16:00取證（若次日逢內地或香港公眾假期，取證日期順延至下一個工作日）。

       三、辦理地點：受理服務適用於我司所屬全港六間證件服務中心。特別提醒：本類特急申請取證地點僅限於港島證件服務中心（地址：香港上環皇后大道中181號新紀元廣場低座14樓）。

       四、收費標準：按現行的回鄉證加急服務收費標準執行。

       五、生效時間：從2024年11月21日起執行。

        為進一步便利內地與香港間人員交流交往，服務促進香港更好融入國家發展大局，中華人民共和國出入境管理局決定自2024年7月10日起為香港特別行政區永久性居民中的非中國籍人員簽發《港澳居民來往內地通行證（非中國籍）》。現公告如下：

        The Exit-entry Administration of P.R. China has decided to issue the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens) (hereinafter referred to as the “Permit”) among permanent residents in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region who are Non-Chinese citizens (hereinafter referred to as Non-Chinese Hong Kong and Macao permanent residents) from July 10, 2024, to further facilitate exchanges between mainland Chinese people and people in Hong Kong, and to help Hong Kong better integrate into the overall national development. It is hereby announced as follows:

       香港特別行政區永久性居民中的非中國籍人員，因投資、探親、旅遊、商務、研討、交流等短期入境事由來往內地，可於7月10日起，向本公司遞交《港澳居民來往內地通行證（非中國籍）》辦理申請。如需瞭解政策詳情和預約申請，可瀏覽本網站有關辦證須知及相關問答，亦可通過以下渠道諮詢： 

        Permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region who are Non-Chinese nationals may apply for the “Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Permanent Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens)” starting from July 10, 2024. 重要提醒：謹防代辦回鄉證受騙

近日，香港中旅證件服務有限公司接到市民舉報，在深港口岸有不法人員冒充我司工作人員，對持《前往港澳通行證》（俗稱：單程證）人員實施詐騙活動。不法分子聲稱：目前回鄉證難預約，可以代為預約並需繳納500元費用。在此，我司嚴正聲明如下：
　　一、近期受理回鄉證預約號充足，完全能夠滿足廣大市民辦理回鄉證需要。
　　二、香港中旅證件服務有限公司從未授權任何人代辦、代理預約回鄉證。
　　三、香港中旅證件服務有限公司未在深港口岸派駐辦理回鄉證業務的人員。
　　四、受到詐騙的人員可及時向所在地公安機關報案，以維護自身合法權益。
歲末年初，詐騙犯罪分子活動頻繁。香港中旅證件服務有限公司提醒市民切莫輕信各類代辦傳言，請通過我司正規合法管道辦理回鄉證，以免上當受騙，蒙受財產損失。回鄉證預約網址（https://www.ctshk.com/mep/zh/apply-chinapermit-2/）。

颱風或暴雨警告期間證件服務中心安排

八號或以上颱風信號

01.八號或以上颱風信號在辦公時間外懸掛時，各證件服務中心暫不對外營業。
02.八號或以上颱風信號在下午一時後才解除，各證件服務中心當天會暫停對外營業。
03.八號或以上颱風信號在辦公時間內懸掛時，各證件服務中心會暫停對外營業，但會繼續為中心內的申請人提供服務。
04.八號或以上颱風信號在下午一時或以前解除，各證件服務中心會在信號除下後的2小時內盡快恢復正常辦公。
05.對於已在網上預約辦證的籌，因八號或以上颱風信號懸掛期間，導致各證件服務中心不能對外營業，在原預約當天內可到預約網頁更改預約日期時間，過後須重新預約籌號，不便之處，敬請原諒。在各中心恢復營業後，個別急需辦證且符合綠色通道服務要求的，可持預約備忘提示或預約編碼到受理中心聯繫職員以便做出工作安排。

黑色暴雨警告信號

01.黑色暴雨警告信號在辦公時間內生效，各證件服務中心會繼續對外營業。
02.黑色暴雨警告信號在辦公時間外生效或在下午二時或以後才解除，各證件服務中心會提供有限度的服務。
03.黑色暴雨警告信號在下午二時或以前解除，各證件服務中心會在信號除下後的2小時內盡快恢復正常辦公。

Arrangements during typhoon or rainstorm warning periods

Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above

01. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted outside office hours, all service centers will be temporarily closed to the public.
02. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lifted after 1:00 p.m., all service centers will remain closed to the public on that day.
03. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted during office hours, all service centers will be closed to the public, but will continue to provide services to applicants in the Centers.
04. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lifted on or before 1:00 pm, all service centers will resume normal operations as soon as possible within 2 hours after the signal is lifted.
05. Applicants who have pre-scheduled appointments but their attendance cannot be made due to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above should change the appointment date and time on the day of the original appointment at the reservation page (https://www.ctshk.com/pass/nrep/search.jsp). After the resumption of business of each center, those who meet the green channel service requirements can go to the reception counter with the appointment memo reminder or appointment code for green channel service.

Black Rainstorm Warning Signal

01. If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect during office hours, all service centers will continue to operate to the public.
02. If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect outside office hours and is not lowered until 2pm or later, limited services will be provided at the Service Centres.
03. If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled at or before 2 pm, all service centres will resume normal work as soon as possible within 2 hours after the signal is lifted.

詐騙電話警示

香港中旅證件服務有限公司（以下稱為〝本公司〞）近日得悉一些身份不明人士（〝該等人士〞）訛稱為本公司職員，致電市民稱：閣下的回鄉證資料有問題需要跟進，如需跟進請按〝０〞（或其他號碼）；當按號後有人接聽並要求市民提供個人資料以供核實，其行為涉嫌騙取他人信息資料。
本公司鄭重聲明，在辦理回鄉證的申請過程中，如須聯絡申請人，不會使用電話錄音與客戶溝通及要求申請人按其他號碼連接，更不會要求申請人轉撥其他電話號碼或把通話轉任何境內外機關。如申請需要跟進的個案，我們會以專人主動聯絡申請人，並會先行提供資料與申請人核實，絕不會透過電話向申請人先索取任何個人資料，如有需要申請人可直接到原受理的證件服務中心跟進核實。
本公司在此特別提醒申請人及公眾人士提高警覺，謹慎處理自己的個人資料，若遇到上述情況，首要保持冷靜，不要輕易相信不明來歷人士的言論，尤其不要輕易向他們提供個人資料或付款，有需要則報警求助，以免蒙受不必要的損失。
