1. |
Passengers shall abide by the laws and stipulations
issued by the local authorities. In case of an accident it will be
handled according to the local insurance regulations. |
2. |
The ticket is not transferable and invalid if
it expires. |
3. |
Free tickets are available to a child less than
three years old (no seat) with a fare paying adult; children over
three years of age must purchase a full fare ticket. |
4. |
The company has no responsibility for the delay
due to passenger's travel documents. If a special bus is needed to
leave the forbidden area, each passenger is charged HK$200. |
5. |
The passenger shall not bring prohibited items
or items that should be levied and shall be responsible for any consequences
of violations. |
6. |
The luggage each passenger carries shall not exceed
10 kilos with a size of 20"x18"x10". The passenger
will be charged an additional fee for overweight if exceeding the
limit (overweight shall not exceed 20 kilos). |
7. |
The company shares no responsibilities for any
loss or damage of luggage. |
8. |
The company reserves the right to cancel the
journey due to inclement weather and road conditions. The passenger
can request a refund from the company. |
9. |
The above regulations are subject to change without
prior notice. |
For
coach to Fujian
1. |
Each ticket is limited to one passenger only.
Adult tickets are required for children over 12 years of age, child
tickets for children between 4 and 12 years and free passage for children
less than 3 years old. The company does not sell child tickets during
Spring Festival. |
2. |
The passenger shall apply for transactions after
purchase of the ticket for refund, change of date or name within 48
hours (excluding holidays) before the departure date. Refunds or change
of the ticket is not accepted during Spring Festival period. |
3. |
The ticket is regarded valid only with the agent's
seal and date of issue. |
4. |
The ticket is not transferable and invalid if
altered. The conductor will check the name before passengers board
the bus. |
5. |
The passenger shall complete boarding procedures
20 minutes prior to departure at the designated boarding point by
the date, time and place on the ticket with valid travel documents.
The ticket is invalid and cannot be refunded or changed if the passenger
exceeds the time limit. |
6. |
Passengers shall not carry or consign any weapons,
munitions, explosives, radioactive or other dangerous and prohibited
items. The violator will be responsible for any consequences caused
and shall be punished according to the full extent of the law. |
7. |
If the passenger is found to board the bus without
a ticket or with an invalid ticket, he is subject to a fine three
times the value of the original price. |
8. |
The bus will not wait for a passenger detained
by the customs due to incomplete procedures and his ticket is regarded
as invalid as well. |
9. |
The above regulations are subject to change without
prior notice. |
New
Bus (China-Hong Kong) Management Ltd..
1. |
The Company's buses travel between Chinese Mainland
and Hong Kong. Passenger shall abide by the immigration regulations
issued by Chinese mainland and Hong Kong governments. |
2. |
The passenger shall pay attention to the departure
time and board the bus at least 15 minutes early. The bus will depart
on time and has no responsibility for any loss caused by the passenger's
delay. |
3. |
The passenger shall bring complete and valid immigration
documents when taking our bus. Otherwise, he will have full responsibilities
for all the loss caused by the delay due to his failure to produce
valid certificates. The penalty will be a minimum fine of HK$2,000.
If a special bus is needed for the return trip from the forbidden
area the charge will be HK$500. |
4. |
Refunding or reporting the loss of the ticket
is not accepted. The ticket is invalid if found altered. The ticket
is valid only on the day of issue. The company reserves the right
to increase the bus fare in holidays in a reasonable manner. |
5. |
Each ticket is limited to one passenger only. |
6. |
In case of an accident, it will be handled according
to Hong Kong and local Chinese insurance regulations. |
7. |
The passenger shall not carry inflammable, explosive,
erosive or poisonous items that are prohibited by China and Hong Kong
customs. The violator will be responsible for any consequences caused.
The driver also has the right to refuse the violator to alight on
the bus and wait for him. |
8. |
There is no seat for the luggage. The drive will
not wait for a passenger delayed by declaration to customs. The passenger
shall take care of their belongings. The company has no responsibilities
for any loss or damage to luggage. |
9. |
The passenger can transact ticket refunds or
changes within seven days of departure at the company or the ticket
office because of the suspension of the bus service as a result of
the Typhoon Signal 8 put up by the observatory or road closure. |
10. |
The company performs the duty of compensation
according to the third party insurance regulations. |
11. |
The passenger shall transact refunds at the company
headquarters three days before departure date and apply for 50% of
the original price if he choose to cancel the service after purchasing
the ticket. The refunding will not be processed if he exceeds the
time limit. |
