Each ticket is limited to one passenger only. |

Refunding is not accepted after purchase. The

The bus waits for the passengers no more than
15 minutes after passing Customs and will not wait for the individual
passenger delayed by the Customs check. |

The passenger is entitled to hand carry luggage
with a size not to exceed 0.5 cm3 and with weight of not more than
10 kilos. The passenger is charged HK$35 for the excess weight. |
7. |
The passenger shall not bring items that have
levied taxes. |
8. |
The sale of the ticket is subjected to the regulations
issued by this company. |
9. |
In case of an accident during the journey, it
shall be handled according to the insurance regulations specified
by Hong Kong and Chinese local authorities. |

1. |
The ticket is nonrefundable after purchase. The
ticket is valid only on the day and time of issue and invalid if altered. |
2. |
Free tickets are available for children under
two years of (no seat). Full fare tickets are required for children
over two years of age. |
3. |
The passenger shall be responsible for the loss
caused by his failure to possess complete and valid certificates.
If a special bus is needed to leave the forbidden area, each passenger
is charged HK$200. |
4. |
The passenger shall is responsible for all his
belongings by himself. The company shares no responsibilities for
any loss or damage. |
5. |
The passenger shall not bring inflammable, explosive,
erosive, poisonous items that are prohibited by the government and
Customs. |
6. |
The company has no responsibilities for the delay
caused by traffic conditions. |
7. |
The waiting time for the luggage and document
check is limited to 30 minutes counted from entry into Customs. |
8. |
The passenger can transact ticket refunding or
change at the ticket office within one month due to the cancellation
or delay of the bus service as a result of Typhoon No. 8 or above
or black storm. |

West Lake Hotel (H.K.) Representative
1. |
Refund or change of the ticket is not accepted
after purchase. Staff tickets are not valid for use during public
holidays. |
2. |
The ticket is applicable only for the designated
time, date and boarding point and invalid if it expires. |
3. |
Free tickets are available for children under
two years of age, Child Tickets are available for children between
two and five years of age and Adult Tickets are required for those
five years of age and older. |
4. |
The passenger under 12 years of age shall carry
their Hong Kong Birth Certificate. The conductor has the right to
check the passengers' valid certificates. The passenger shall be responsible
for any loss caused by his failure to bring complete and valid certificates.
If a special bus is needed to leave the forbidden area, each passenger

if the bus service is cancelled by the Typhoon No. 8 or above or road
discontinuation. |

Each passenger can carry a luggage up to 10 kilos
or with a size of not more than 20"x18"x10". |
9. |
The company has no responsibility for the delay
caused by uncontrollable reasons like traffic jam, traffic accidents
etc. |

In case of an accident during the journey, it
will be handled according to the insurance regulations issued by Hong
Kong and Chinese local authorities. |

1. |
The passenger shall board the bus 10 minutes early
as the bus starts on time. |
2. |
Each ticket is limited to one passenger only;
Child Tickets are available to children aged below five years old
(free tickets for infants). |
3. |
The passenger shall possess complete and valid
certificates otherwise he shall be responsible for the return of his
certificates due to the failure in accordance with relevant regulations
at Customs. |
4. |
The bus waits no more than 20 minutes for the
luggage check at the Customs. |
5. |
The passengers shall take care of all their belongings.
The company has the right to refuse consignment for excess and fragile
items. |
6. |
The passenger shall board and depart at the designated
spot for the sake of safety. |
7. |
In case of an accident, it will be handled according
to the insurance regulations issued by Hong Kong and Chinese local
authorities. |
8. |
The ticket holder can transact refunding or change
of the ticket for the cancellation of bus service as a result of Typhoon
No.8. |
