1. The passenger shall abide by the regulations issued by the company posted in the bus. Retain the ticket for verification.
2. Ticket refund or change is not accepted on the day of departure and requires seven days notice before long consecutive public holidays (including the Spring Festival, Easter, Qingming, Christmas, Spring Trade Fair and Autumn Trade Fair).
a) The passenger shall request refunds/changes before the day of departure
  i) request refund at the ticket office where the ticket was purchased for the change of the journey and the service charge will be 20% of the ticket price.
ii) the ticket holder can change the date or bus number for the same number of passengers and tickets of the same value without charge. He is responsible for the difference if there is an increase in the value of the tickets for the same number of passengers. The ticket holder will not receive the difference if the value of the ticket changed is lower than the original price. Each ticket can be refunded or changed only one time.
b) it is necessary that the passenger requires a minimum of seven days before the departure day during long consecutive public holidays to request a refund and the service charge will be 50% of the ticket price. If he wishes to change the date or number of the bus seven days before the day of departure please refer to the regulation.
3. The ticket becomes invalid if it is altered. The ticket will not be reissued if lost. The ticket holder shall board the bus according to the date, number, boarding place designated by the ticket. The ticket is valid on the day of issue only.
4. Free tickets are for children under three years old not occupying a seat. Child Tickets are available for children between three and five years of age. Each ticket is limited to one passenger only.
5. Each passenger is entitled to carry one luggage with a size of 55cmx45cmx20cm (or 22in.x18in.x8in.) and a maximum weight of 10 kilos (22 pounds). The extra weight will be charged HK$5 per kilo.
6. Passengers shall hold valid travel documents regulated by Hong Kong SAR, Chinese government and other countries. Please check documents to ensure they have not expired. Chinese Hong Kong residents must hold Hong Kong ID card and Return Permit and declare to Customs the formalities required for the clearance of the inbound articles subject to declaration, including HK and foreign cash currencies, gold, silver and articles made of precious materials, watches, cameras and computers. According to Chinese Foreign Currency Administration Regulations, resident passengers carrying foreign cash currencies exceeding the equivalent of 2,000 US dollars, and non-resident passengers carrying foreign cash currencies exceeding the equivalent of 5,000 US dollars shall declare to the Customs and apply for "Carry Permission" to the Foreign Currency Administration Bureau or the bank before entry or exit. It is forbidden to carry more than RMB 6,000 cash when entering into or exiting out of the Chinese mainland. Foreigner passport holders shall possess a valid entry and exit visa issued by the Chinese government and shall complete the forms specified by the Immigration Departments and the Customs of both countries. Hong Kong buses traveling between Chinese mainland and Hong Kong do not take those who hold single-entry permits (excluding official or personal passports, double-entry permits).
7. The passenger shall produce valid certificates for verification when they board the bus. The company reserves the right to refuse the passenger whose certificate has expired or is invalid.
8. For the sake of health and safety of all the passengers, any ticket holder will be refused to board the bus if he is found in an inebriated state, suffering from a mental disorder, or having contagious or serious diseases. A female in an advanced state of pregnancy can also be refused. The refused ticket holder can request a refund at the ticket office afterwards.
9. The passenger shall be considerate and not disturb others when traveling on the bus. Earphones are suggested for those that wish to listen to a personal audio player or radio. Do not talk to the driver when the bus is in motion as not to distract the driver. Do not leave your seat during the journey for the safety.
10. If passengers violate Articles 3 to 9, the company reserves the right to refuse to carrying these passengers. The passenger has the obligation to keep his certificates valid and conform to the regulations. Otherwise, the violator is not entitled to a ticket refund.
11. The passenger is responsible to take care of all belongings. The company has no responsibilities for any loss or damage. The passenger shall not bring items prohibited by the Customs or dangerous items including poultry, birds and fish.
12. The bus service is cancelled without prior notice due to the observatory hoisting Typhoon No.8 signal or above, or road immersed in water, or mud rushing down and other unpredictable reasons unsuitable for driving. The ticket holder shall call the company for inquiry and request a ticket refund afterwards.
13. The company performs the responsibility of compensation specified by the third party insurance regulations. In case of an accident, the company will compensate the injured passenger in accordance to the completed police record.
14. If the bus fails to drive the passengers to the destination due to equipment breakdown, the company will attempt to continue the journey with a substitution bus. In case the company cannot supply a substitution bus, the passengers can take other transport vehicles by themselves. If the bus completes three fourths of the whole journey, the passengers are not entitled to a ticket refund, otherwise they can transact ticket refunding at the ticket office afterwards.
15. The company shares no responsibilities for any loss caused by the failure to pass the Customs before it is out of operation or suspension halfway as a result of typhoon, traffic accidents, mud rushing down, water immersion and such non-artificial happenings. The company will try to transfer passengers to Shenzhen Lo Wu Station for return to Hong Kong.

Peng Yun transportation Enterprises Co. Ltd.
1. The passengers are regarded to fully agree and acknowledge the regulations issued by the relevant transportation department and the agent. The cancellation or delay of bus service as a result of a natural disaster or an unpredictable accident is handled according to relevant regulations.
2. The passenger shall arrive at the boarding spot at least 15 minutes earlier according the date, number, time and boarding spot designated by the ticket.
3. The passenger shall bring complete and valid certificates otherwise he shall be responsible for all the losses of the delay caused by the questionable certificate.
4. Refunding is not accepted after the purchase. Invalid if the ticket is altered, transferred, changed or lost.
5. Each passenger can carry a luggage of up to 10 kilos for each whole price ticket. The passenger may be charged for over weight or may be refused to consign it.
6. The passenger shall not bring prohibited or banned items.
